Ashley P
I would appreciate learnin' from you. I'm good with the tractor, beyond that it's a mess.

I kick myself for not paying more attention to my grandpa when he would try to teach me.
Ashley P
For real. IMO, that's a MAJOR part of the problems in our country....the loss of things previously passed down.
Ashley P
I saved several storm windows from my old house remodel to make cold frames. I'm spread too thin to have accomplished that. And even if I had, kids would have broken them already. Even if not broken there'd be about a 1/1,000,000 chance that seeds could get sprouted and thrive for a few weeks without being either frozen or baked by improper operation.
mstrpth
Yeah that wouldn't work at my house either. We just grow everything inside until i know the cold is gone. We bought a few cheap pop up green houses from rural king. They're +- 2'x2'. Also got some cheap lights from amazon. It all works great. just have to make sure not to leave the lights on too much or they grow tall and thin. I also keep a fan blowing on them to help strengthen. mstrpth
starting indoor seeds this evening. I should add - our garden is just for us (family of 4). I'm not doing any sales or commercial type stuff.
